For business, the cost is $5.50 for the first feature and $4.50 for each additional one.

Make sure you are setting up a bill payment to “Cochrane Telephone Services”. CIBC and Scotiabank requires a 10-digit account number and the customer should use their 10-digit telephone number (example: 705272xxxx). The Caisse Populaire requires 14 digits and they should use your phone number plus another four digits (example: 705272xxxx0000).

- From home, dial *98. When asked for your mailbox number, press the # key if auto login is turned off.
- Away from home, dial 705.272.9888. When asked for your mailbox number, enter your 10 digit telephone number.

Yes, you can change your telephone number at any time, however there is a fee of $25.00 ($35.00 for business) that will apply for each request. Some restrictions may apply.
